The service is intended for replacing a service device with a completely different service device model. The quantity should be set to match the number of service devices to be replaced. Please also order, in the same order, the device to which the service device will be replaced and the services needed for the new device.
The service is not intended for
- replacing a faulty device. A faulty device must be reported to [email protected].
- lifecycle replacements, i.e., replacing a device with a newer version of the same service device model.

- Logistics for returnable service devices (transport box/cage including a pre-printed return waybill or separate pickup of the device)
- Reporting of returned service devices as received and removal from the monthly invoice
- Inspection and secure handling of returned service devices
