User support service is a support channel designed for the needs of businesses. With the user support service, the Customer's users receive assistance with the use of their devices and software. Data center experts resolve users' service requests and issues. Support is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
User support aims to resolve the Customer's service request or issue on the first contact via phone, email, or remote tools. If User Support is unable to resolve the service request or issue itself, it forwards the work request to the next support levels or directs it according to agreed practices to the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, such as the application provider.
Service pricing:
- basic service fee €100/month + €1.99/min + ppm.
You only pay for the use of the service. The service start-up is quick, and the Customer does not need to commit to a fixed-term contract. We operate on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
